I am absolutely disgusted by the LACK of service and attitude I just received from Lervern Willoughby!!! I called to cancel my membership and instead I got treated like an!!! Before my call I was on premium membership, she advised I would pay a pro rated amount on the 1st of December. However, because I want my debit order to be as low as possible I asked to downgrade my membership with the assumption that the premium would be lower due to a pro-rated fee instead it worked out more than the premium pro-rated amount. I asked her to confirm the amounts again and how its worked. Only to be told "I have just explained this to you 3 times do you want me to do it for the 4th time". If you in a service environment you should not be asking such questions because I MADE THE CALL AND WILL ONY BE SATISFIED ONCE I UNDERSTAND AND IF IT MEANS YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF 100 TIMES SO BE IT! It's not my fault you cannot apply you brain, I don't care if the system calculates the amount, I'm relying on you to explain the calculation to me!!! I want her manager Harriette to listen to that call and give me feedback. I expect a call urgently.
