Wicus De Bruin (Sales Consultant) told us in order for him to get the sale. He told me and my girlfriend about a three year deal/package, which we liked. Then he Sold us the BLACK TAG, saying that we can both use the tag as individuals, we don't need to have two tags and to open separate accounts. So i asked him to make the contract on my girlfriend's name and I'll use the tag, now I am struggling to get into the gym because of inexperienced employees. Now we stuck with this three year deal where as we would have signed a one year member ship for each. Michelle wolf, Melanie Roses did nothing. only Dwain Riedel tried helping after 4 months off stress.
Dwain said Wicus De Bruin "was fired for selling wrong information to clients" and that i wasn't the only one. Dwain spoke to the sales manager and came back saying me and my girlfriend need to be in the same picture to be loaded onto the account for us to use
Even when I phoned their offices yesterday and spoke to (Mpho Ramokopelwa) and explain my problem and she replied saying they not responsible for how things were explained to me by the sales consultant cause they were not there. This needs to be corrected or money back
