I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated by Planet Fitness&cant believe that a company like yours can treat customers this way!
There are not enough characters here to fully explain everything that has been done to me. In short, I have had to deal with the following:
-I was tricked into signing a contract when the sales consultant to me&promised me that black tag access was included in the R355 student membership. I asked him multiple times if he was sure&each time he assured me it was-the only reason I signed up
-He to me again to get contact details of friends and family (told me they needed the names of the people id like to take to gym with me). He harrassed them all, trying to force them to come in&sign up
-To this day I have not been loaded onto the system, eventhough I have wasted time, money&petrol on coming in multiple times to have my tag activated&now, to try sort this out after I recently found out i've been tricked& to
-I spoke to Dale, the manager, on Friday who told me head office would not help me or fix this because, basically, they wouldn't believe me above a guy who, from one day to the next, never came back to work
This needs to be dealt with!
