I phoned today regarding the option to join my daughter and her boyfriend on a contract. As I received the most awesome customer service from planet fitness employees Jane and Anneliese from headoffice in June this year. This totally amazed me as I have been struggling with my account for six years! Now not oneof these people are employed there anymore! Shame on the assistance I received today as I was transfered from the one incompitent staff member to the other! Not onecould help me! Not Ravi, not a lady calledChantelleor Matilda. am not happy! Let me go to Virgin rather... i thought i would getthe same support as begore but no more!
