I cancelled my gym contract in June with Planet Fitness and Delt with Shameemah (Very Rude Lady)
She replies to my emails a week later and she is never available when contacting the gym. I was given a once off fee that needed to be paid, which i have paid and up until today they are still deducting my monthly fee from my account. I have visited the gym a couple of times trying to sort out this issue and nobody was able to assist me. Planet Fitness signs you up in 5min but there after sales assistance is extremely bad. I will never recommend anybody to join up with them.
Up until today nothing has been done, deductions has been going off every month from my account
