No Parking!!!

My last complaint was that I drove around the parking in Sandton Virgin Active, got annoyed and left after not being able to find any parking! You could not offer a solution so I joined Melrose Arch and my parking problems were over. Since you decided to gut and shut Melrose, I have no choice but go to Alice Lane. I drove from the top to the bottom level 3 times today and could not find a parking!!! You want to increase my premium by R108/month but can't provide parking!!! This is totally unacceptable. Not only did was I not able to train but you also wasted my time and petrol! I will let you know whenever I cannot find a parking space and you can refund me for those days that I cannot train due to your bad parking planning when choosing a place to build a gym! While on the subject of Alice Lane, please tell the guy at reception (i say guy because this only happens when there is a guy at reception) that I don't want to be asked if I want a towel, I pay for and expect to be given a towel on arrival. It is the only difference between a classic and premier membership!
