I'm highly disappointed in the way of the customer services is appalling at Wonderpark Virgin Active, I'm an Ex Member of Virgin & wanted to re-join and done my application online and they returned to me the same day, obviously because the sales rep needed to boost her sales ratio for the month, then made appointment on Monday but due to unforeseen circumstances I could not make it, then made an appointment for Thursday "yesterday", I must say the reception was unwelcoming, & the eceptionist didn't even have the welcoming face at all, cherry on top she just opened for me to get in the gym, without advising where to sit and wait 2 sales rep, okay fine that was not a train smash and got myself a sit, & sorted myself out bcos I'm "BLACK" bcos I feel like the thing is Virgin Active tendencies, then she just left me there unattended for good 30min without telling me whether ssales rep is delayed or is not coming till I decided to leave & when I left, since I was left there unattended, she couldn't be bothered @ all, & she had some friends over at the reception & they were even making a joke out of what said because I said "will come some other time, when virgin Active has time for me"
