Hi recently send a parcel (waybill 855314456) from Los Angeles to South Africa via TNT. In the parcel were some electronics, TV games, Zippo lighters, Raspberry Ketones and other supplements.
So there was a huge problem with the supplements suddenly although the same items cleared via other courier services.
TNT customs division it seems now refuses to clear the parcel but also refuses to send it back!
Communicating with them is impossible since MacDonald Kgasago can basically not speak proper English. How this man can be allowed to deal with customers is unbelievable. I have send numerous emails to Hannes Strydom (the manager and MacDonald) and so did TNT here in the US but no one answers. I actually phoned them and asked them to email me since I cannot understand MacDonald English and still nothing!! They just ignore you. The only thing I could get out of MacDonald is that my parcel is going to be destroyed! Does he need a Zippo that badly?
Do not use TNT the efficiency of the customs department is shocking. And what is the point of being a manager Mr Hannes Strydom if I keep on getting read receipts on my complaints from you but you just ignore me. I am YOUR customer!
