A gym trainer has acted completely disrespectful and unprofessional to me. What brand does Planet Fitness represent? I today texted him because I was at the gym and wanted to find out about hiring him as my trainer, he asked me who it was to which I jokingly told him to save my number. What came next has left me feeling violated. He told me I am disturbing his peace with his wife, that I am a b! *#h. I replied and told him why I had been texting and also told him to tell him wife that this was a professional text. He then called, me, shouting profanities, I had to hang up. I then texted and told him to be more mature. I am beyond livid, some of the things he has said I cannot repeat. I do not understand why someone would act so untoward to a paying Planet Fitness client. i have kept the messages he sent and I have every intention of taking this further because another former Planet Fitness customer also explained to me that she had also had a run in with him. There should be a clear line between business and personal and when someone who represents your brand and wears your uniform does such deplorable behaviour, serious actions should be taken. I demand that this matter be looked into.
