1. Cleanliness in general around the gym is lacking. This pertains to no. 2 in the showers. However more so even though there are now signs to ''put away'' the weights staff still hang around and are not replacing the weights of those who do not follow the guidelines as set out on the demarcated information guides.

2. The showers are really badly maintained. Their is no slippage / drainage that actually works efficiently and so cleaning staff have to clean more so than they should have to. This should be checked on as the club is well over-crowded with users as pertaining to no. 3 Further, the sauna does not always have a full ''anti-germ'' or other spray. Users have to refill with plain water rather than the staff checking that there is indeed a good amount of liquid left inside the container.

3. Over-crowding of the gym. I do not believe that times are being checked up on as related to customers memberships. Full membership allows access at all times. However, others who may only have membership that allows them off-peak hours seem to trail over into later sessions because it is not checked as they enter. Furhter too many new sign ups.
