The gym is in complete neglect. Members are paying around R650 per month for utter below standard facilities.
- Gym equipment and machines are in dire need of repair / replacement / maintenance
- Aqua lounge is a watered down, delapidated version of what it once was
- AIR CONDITIONING was out of order for almost 3 MONTHS!
- Men's shower and sauna area requires immediate and thorough maintenance
---- Hand rails are loose
---- Spray hose holster in sauna needs fixing
---- Continues smell
---- Showers are either too hot or too cold
---- Floor is usually covered in black gunk and dirty water
- Most cardio machines are whining, clacking, creaking or cracking
- Very few of the cardio machines screens actually provide a clear display
- Free weights are coming loose at the ends and are posing a serious risk to injury
- The gym is getting so busy that there is never enough mats / machines / weights / benches etc
- How hard is it to provide cold water at the water fountains? There has been no cold water for almost 3 years
- Tancan card unit usually bust and takes forever
This reflects on poor management as the front line staff are generally helpful and friendly
