On Monday evening 21 Oct 2013 I visited the Durbanville Virgin Active to speak to the manager. I spoke to the Manager On Duty (MOD) and the Marketing Manager, and was advised to speak to the Branch Manager, Yolandi Fourie. She was not available then, and I made an appointment for 14h30 today, Friday 25 Oct 2013. I left my cell number in case she had to change the appointment.

I rearranged my busy schedule to accommodate this meeting. I drove several kilometers and arrived at 14h29 this afternoon and was told that Yolandi had already gone home! The woman behind the counter offered to call Yolandi, but I do not have time to wait while she extracts herself from her lounge to return to the gym! I said that Yolandi would hear from me via hellopeter!

Yolandi, and ALL senior management at Virgin, if you have an appointment, you are required to attend! If you do not attend and do not notify the other attendees that you're unavailable, then you have zero integrity and do not deserve your job!

This no-show is a despicable reflection of you as an individual and also of Virgin Active who have lived up to their name in actively abstaining from service!
