I made a call to King Price when i received the annual price increase e-mail. I discussed my situation to one of the customer call centre staff and they put me through to Yolandi. She was great in that she understood my situation and worked on the problem with her manager and did the utmost to assist me with my concern.
She is truly a great asset to KING PRICE. Well done to the company for having such a fantastic staff member that listens and assists the customer and the best of all returns her calls and comes back to the customer with positive responses. Customer service is Yolandi`s forte and therfore she deserves a great STAR
