To whom it may concern,
Once again, I have walked out of Lonehill Virgin Active. I was going to attend the Yoga class at 9am this the 20th of July, 2013. However, the floor was covered in dirt and sweat the same reason I walked out last week. I complained last week the 13th of July, 2013 and received a phone call in the week indicating that the health and safety manager would resolve the situation and it would not happen again but it did. Is there no compliance with what is said and what is done, is this a Virgin Active problem or a Lonehill branch problem?
When I left this morning, the Manager Sima said that she would look into the situation and resolve it. I am seriously unimpressed and now seriously considering scrapping my membership with Virgin Active as my complaints are not dealt with even though assurances were made.
