I joined the gym and finished the contract term which is 1year when I called to cancel they told me have to write a letter when I asked for email adress tthey told me tthey don't have and have to hand deliver the letter, explained that was not possible as there won't bbe a proof that I cancelled and I don't have time to deliver as I was also paying evreymonth but could not come to the gym they continued. Debiting myy account until I stopped the debit as I always called and tthey refuused to cancel and to give me the email address now tthat I stopped payment they tell me that I owe them please assist anyone cause I need to get this people off my back as now they are harrasing me with phone calls saying I owe them.
