I called them again and spoken to consultant by the name of Norma which she gave me her direct email and she said it will be cancelled. It was around March to my surpise from May they started sending me the email about people who won competition and i just ignored. In june on my birthday received the email of happy birthday and i called them to find out that the membership was terminated, to my surprise they have been deducting and said that they never cancelled. They asked me to send the proof of email and i did, no respond. i demanded to speak to the manager and was told she was in the meeeting, asked for her email address, was told they are not allowed to give to client and for them to cancel, they need a formal letter and they will deduct R500
