RE: FUNERAL POLICY CANCELLATIONS

I wanted to cancel some funeral policies i had taken out for my family members (as a breadwinner), because i had found a better product elsewhere which was cheaper. i went std bank to cancel and the employee made a stop payment. but the debit went through & i went again to std bank & i was informed i needed to contact std bank funerals which i did. The consultant, Brian Gama, told me to write a letter which i did & forwarded via email to my prestige banker (Lenah Ncube). The debits stopped which i presumed was as a result of the letter. Surprisingly, std bank debited again in July (R71*8). I went again to std (PTA west end branch on/about 6 Aug13) & the consultant put me through to std bank funerals- spoke again to Brian who said he wanted proof of the letter. After searching i found the letter, phoned std bank funerals -spoke to Brian again. Now he said each member i insured must write the letter - which he did not say before, additionally i had to get their ID copies as well -not said before. Meantime i have lost R568 & possibly more by end of this month due to this hide& seek of std bank employees. what upsets me most is that Brian has no record of my conversation with him
