Cancelation of contract

On 8 July 2013 I cancelled my policy after my two years term expired. After I emailed the cancellation form to cartract and they confirmed, I stopped the payments at my bank. On 04.12.2013 Agrineth Maduna phoned me and insisted that I still owed them money and that they are in the progrss to hand me over. I explained to her that the cancellation letter was sent to their offices and I even tried to forward it again because I have the proof of the email I sent on the 8Th july 2013. She text me her email adress and after about 10 phone calls to inform her that the email adress she gave me does not exists. I then decided to forwarded the proof to Stanley Mmotla her supervisior. I also explained to him that my vehicle was and that they failed to assist in the recovery of my vehicle so I will not reniew any business with cartrac. Stanley sent me an email with an attachedment notifing that i still owe the money. Please advice me The telepnone numbers i received 011 250 3227 and 011 250 3000
