I had a one year contract with Virgin Active Pinetown. I had two months more to complete my one year contract. I requested an early termination. I called the call centre and the call centre agent said it is fine, I just need to pay an early cancellation fee and then it is done. Virgin Active will not take any more money from my account. This was during the week, I think on Wednesday. On Friday afternoon I get a double sms stating that an amount of R329 had been taken out of my account twice. I was shocked, I foned the call centre again today and explained to a new call agent what had happened. I am still waiting for her to get back to me.
