Today a very rude unproffesional person called me, becuase i'm asking proof of Virgin Active that my boss is paying my account, I know my boss do, but I want it from Virgin Active, I dont want after 5 or 6 months a letter on my table thats saying i havent paid. (it happend before with a family member) the person REFUSED and wanted to give me to my boss even though IM the member AND the Client, he is only paying, she treated me like i'm nothing only because im not paying! telling me, Its between my boss and I and I can get it from hom, yes. I got it from him, now I want it from Virgin Active too. I just want myself covered so that I dont sit with depth and that I dont have any evidence because they keep on phoning me. Im SO dissapoined in the way I was treated today. Im disgusted actually. I couldnt believe my ears when she gave me a terrible attitude. BAD SERVICE!! very very bad!
