I would like to compliment Tracy Lee for the excellent service that I got from her. I had problem with my account where they wanted me to pay for the past 5 months that I have not being using the gym, my account was on frozen status. I called the call center for the whole month of April, I made about 3 different calls & I was promised to be called back, I never recieved any call but after I complained on Hellopeter my problem was resolved within 24hrs, Thank you Trace Lee you not just a star you are a Superstar cause stars fade in the morning, You should keep on shining, Virgin active needs more people like you, Keep up the GOOD work, thank you once again
