Planet Fitness' Billing Crisis

I cancelled my contract with planet fitness a couple of months ago, I get a call from them this morning stating that I am in arrears for a contract that I had already cancelled. Initially the the staff member did not even know the process to be followed when cancelling the contract, hence I has a cancellation fee which accumulated because I followed the wrong process.
