I have taken over a contract from one of my former colleagues. I was informed that I needed to pay R100 for their tag to allow me access to the gym. I signed my contract about 3 weeks ago and paid the R100 on the day. I am currently still awaiting my tag and to top it off I have paid my gym membership fee for the month and I am not loaded onto their system. I have been back to the gym several times to inquire about the progress and nobody knows nothing, and nobody has bother to contact me to provide feedback after I have left several messages with the front desk. I find this type of service extremely appalling and down right disgusting and I'm sorry to say that once my contract is done I will not be renewing it or recommend anyone to them. If it was not for Melissa's kindness and helpfulness I would have told the gym to stuff their contract. So in closing the experience has been very disappointing and pathetic and I'm still not a member even though I've paid for it.
