This club has placed a great inconvenience on me due to the fact that one of their new rules states that if i forget my gym tag 3 times then that tag will be blocked and that i will have to pay an addition R100 for a new tag.

my complaint is that i have already forgotten my tag once leaving me with two more chances left which i think is ridiculous because this is not done on purpose on my side.
This is only human nature to forget things and this gym is exploiting that fact to make money. I have been a member for 3 years now and in this time this gym has forged my signature on my first contract, on the second year the inconvenience of explaining to them that my fees for the month every month was paid yet it did not reflect on the system which disabled my tag for at least a week until they solved it for the month, the only reason why i don't experience this anymore is because my new 3 year contract is paid in full, but i know this issue is not fixed because my gym partner is now experiencing it.

I am really unhappy that i need to deal with this 3 chances nonsense to access the gym just because it is an inconvenience for reception to check that i am a member if i forget my tag.
