I called the call centre on 0860 200 911 to cancel my membership. ELIZABETH answered and supplied me with incorrect information then she gets arrogant. When i ask for the recording she snaps at me.
She is rude & unprofessional. No wonder there are more complaints then compliments from Virgin Active. Whether I am right or wrong, there is a manner to handle a customer. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNDERSTANDING. The problem with call centre agents is they have no respect for customers and the job they have undertaken.
Total Arrogance!!!
