Unacceptable Service & no communication

When we arrived at the gym yesterday, we were told by reception that I am not allowed to train by myself but that I would have to train with a bio provided by them and which I have to pay. Nobody contacted us to speak to me and my spouse about it. I mean I need the exercise, and I cant work so I don't earn an income. It is actually pathetic that Virgin doesn't offer that extra service to help accident or even stroke victims. Not even your fitness staff is properly trained or have the qualifications should a member suffer some sort of serious medical conditions. I think it is just cheap labour to get your BEE numbers up. And the worst of this all is that the receptionist is told to tell us. Not even a discussion or a phone call or a meeting was held with us to let us know what is going on. If you wanted us to train with a bio then I think it is up to you to get a bio to contact us. I refuse to pay for a service such as a bio that should be included because your fitness staff is useless, if they don't even know how to handle me or are scared of me. I use to like Virgin active gym because the staff was was always friendly, and now they treat me like an invalid
