6 Months later and no change

Honestly I am now looking to move through to Virgin Active because of how ridiculous Planet Fitness has become.
It has been six months since i requested my account to be sorted my name and my details. I have resigned the contract and done the necessary needed for my account to be activated and still nothing and thus, I do not have a gym tag because of this.

I have spoken endlessly to sales reps and to the Head of Admin countless times.
I have been requesting them to sort out my account for so long, till the point of which that the Head of Admin happens to treat me as if i was a friend... or more like a pest.( Not the kindest of manners)

The branch's staff have been very understanding and are all great people. But i cannot take anymore of this. I have noticed Planet Fitness Head office's, service delivery decreasing over the past year and I am disappointed considering the fact that I and my family have been a proud member for the past 4 years, with a National Membership as well.

Its atrocious that i have to wait 6 months and still nothing.
