Hi I am a member of the sunninghill virgin active. Over a month ago i complained that the tracker machine wasnt working. The manager was very helpful and said that she had requested the technicians to look at it and address the problem.
Yesterday when i visted the gym the machine was still not working. The problem is if you stand on the scale and try to take your weight every time you retake your weight it adds another 1KG onto it. So i went from 56 to 57 to 58 to 59 to eventually 64 which is when i gave up with the machine.
There is only 1 tracker machine at this virgin active. The point of gym for alot of people is to lose weight and get fit. How can Virgin active promise to provide a machine that can take these vital readings and then provide one that doesnt work giving you very misleading results.
