Why did I join!

I, Linda joined on 16/08/3013 at K90 together with my son Devon and paid R1085.00 for my membership and 2 cards received receipt no R730-4877005. My husband Mark joined at Benoni on 27/08/2013 and paid 975.00 for his member ship and card and received receipt no R706-4900575. He took our daughter Lauren on 02/09/2013 and paid R110.00 for her card at Benoni and received receipt R706-4900575. Clearly from all these receipt numbers it is clear that WE HAVE PAID. However I receive phone calls from Alucia 021 684 3595 requesting that I pay the R110.00 outstanding!!! I am asked every single time that I go into the gym when am I going to pay!!! My husband has handed in copies of receipts and spoken to "Managers" and staff at K90 who have just not bothered to sort this out. They even logged the problem on their computer this past Sunday. Clearly Virgin Active staff lack training. Why does one family have 3 account numbers??? Sorry I joined as now going to gym gives me a headache.
