In response to my previous complaint...
So the people from Planet fitness finally responds to my complaint, but with inaccurate information. I have not missed a single payment since the accounts department finally sorted out my membership, but now they telling me my account is in arrears and my membership cannot be cancelled until the arrears is settled??!!
I have emailed the branch directly (to both branch & sales managers) since posting my complaint here and I was not surprised when the branch managers' email delivery failed and I am yet to get a response from the sales manager. I am so fed up with these people. I just really want to cut all ties with this company and I am prepared to pay to have my membership cancelled if that's what it takes!
