Incorrect Billing Amnin problem

I had taken membership for 3 years in 2008 in October. In 2009, I had planned to discontinue but on getting their offer for better terms enrolled again for 3 year through the same consultant.

Now, instead of closing the previous contract, they opened a new contract. I started getting mails/ calls for non payment of contract and visited several times to their Admin the problem and requested to close the old contract. Despite assurances, every occasion they failed to close the old contract. I have been told that because both the contacts have different Passport numbers it is not catching the same person in their record. Obviously I am not using the same passport which is old and pages were exhausted.

Now, till date both the contracts are still open this issue is not resolved, some time I get notices from Recovery agents. Get calls that I need to pay in full against the old contract before closing.

This mental and emotional stress is always there. I do not know what to do. I am working as CEO & Executive Director of a South African Company and feel this can tarnish my image / credit rating. PLEASE HELP.
