I have bought a gift voucher for R199.00 at Pick a Pay. To gym for two months with plant fitness. On the 14/08/13 I received a call that I was hand over for the amount of R199.00 that I have pay and another R100.00 that I had to pay for the tag to get in the gym.
I was ask by there accounts that I must send proof of purchase for the R199.00, but the company that called me for the hang over told me that she can see the payment was done at Pick a Pay.
All I can say is that I'm busy to lay a complaint for false advertising on your web side and in the retail stores.
And I will not support your company in any way.
Really handover off I gift voucher, I wonder if members with contracts check what is going on in the bank accounts, because I'm sure of it that at least half of the pay dumbbell.
Must say the is the most shocking services I have received in this Country.
