After my report and feed back still not sort out

After your replay that the account with the gift card is sorted out... and that the handover is cleared... Sorry to say don't know where u get your info from... because it's still not cleared still on my name for a gift card that I have pay for at Pick N Pay in Sandton... If u want to keep your good name please don't tell the hole World it's correct now and the nothing has been done.

The lady from the Centurion accounts told me that Friday 16 Aug 2013 it will be off my name and close. Today I was in contact with the lady from SAYA RECOVERIES and she told me that nothing was send to her and nothing is done... Monday 19 Aug 2013
I have all this problems and the because is have purchase from Pick N Pay a two month membership. No contract no nothing just a gift card...
Then thanks for Mark head of customer care for Plant Fitness that the Marketing manager have told me to speak to, Still not one call and almost a week later and the same for the Branch Manager of Centurion also a week now and not one call.
I will have to take step and will now file a complain with the advising commission for falls advised on your web. And the I will also file a complaint to the consumer Commission.
