Worst Service, Diception

It was supposed to be a day of joy and yet turned out to be the worst, Company approached my fianc? at the time to assist in arranging the Big Day, We made more than 50% deposit as requested from the company as a show of good faith. The company did a presentation for my fianc? a month before the wedding and she said this is what she wanted and the company promised to get it in order and would do a final presentation the week of the wedding. This did not happen, on the 3 May 2013 my fianc? received a message from the company stating their "supplier" got mixed up with the dates and there would not be Lavender Overlays as promised. We had to run around to try and get something else. The company said they would be at the venue at 3pm on the 3 May 2013 no show, they made new appointment for 7 am (Big Day) and only piched at 9am, I arrived back at 11 and no one there at 11:15 they pitched with the flowers not the organzas or size as paid for. The DJ left because we told him he has 1, 5 hours to finsh setting up and the company must have the venue right for 2pm, this with fail again, The company invoiced us for things not delivered and made a promise to pay us back and yet they dissapoint.
