My memebrship was active several months ago. Billing had been suspended and then all of a sudden since Novemeber 2013 I start getting billed.
I've heard of several incidents like this on the radio which by people who were former members of Virgin Active - this was a year ago.
questions need to asked about what kind of business is being run by Virgin. This is and no excuse is acceptable for an ongoing "mistake".
