The service is terrible my membership was frozed for 6 months cause of a medical condition! Was aware of the R125 im suppose to still pay for 6 mnt which I was happy to do! Month one the trouble started the whole amount was deducted which I normally paid so the diffrence was paid back to me month 2 I get an sms I owe them money phoned the branch manager Jeandre which by the way cant fo his work! He advised me I dont gave to worry it was sorted out! Ok end month 2 no debit order was deducted! Went to branch paid the R 125 plus I had to pay R40 for their bank costs right because of system errors etc and dont know which bull else! Again advised me this has been sorted out and that it will go off normally now! Month 3 the debit order does not off again now!!! Again this guy calling himself a manager says i dnt have to worry a credit adjustment has been made!! Now all of asudden people are phoning me telling me that I have been handed over owing planet R425 not even head office can help me and if I do phone to speak to jeandre or someone that works with the accoints they are never therethat handles acc they are never around! Im fedup and wnt to cancel my contract
