I registered with Virgin Active and I attended the gym once and the following day I got into a car accident which meant I could not continue with exercising as per agreement. I called Virgin Active to let them know that I could not continue with their service due to the injury.
I was advised to fax the information of which I did more than 3 times but the bills kept coming and the contract has not been cancelled up to now and they have handed the account to the lawyers and I get messages every month. I am very upset about this, someone out there do something Virgin Active.
