This compliment I can gladly type with a smile as I've had nothing but Excellent service from Jacqui Walter. I join VA just more than a month ago and the sales person made a whole meal out of my membership, after getting in contact with Jacqui she sorted everything out, not complaining. She always gave prompt and quick feedback with all the queries I had with debit orders and normal enquiries. Always kept her promise and to that she just kept me happy not only me but all of my friends who joined.
A real jewel to your organisation. Hope she stays there for a while still or till my membership is done.
