So I'm a client at this *fine establishment* and have been for some time, in fact since they first opened about a year ago, and i must admit i have NEVER been so insulted before. I took my wife and brother in-law to gym to help them out with technique but did not feel fit to train myself so i went in jeans and walked around with them. During our session we were interrupted by 1 of the staff members who happened to question why i was in the gym and why I'm there personal trainers potential clients, when we responded that I'm a member of the gym and that i was just helping out he then opted to comment that I'm not allowed to be in the gym with *jeans on.
he went on to say that the next time i come i should wear the correct gym attire and act as tho I'm partaking.
this complaint is just one of the numerous issues we have, Broken machines, poor maintenance, water dispensers get filled in the bathroom, not enough machines to accommodate and no access cards.
