By the beginning of 2013 Cobble Walk Gym closed down because of mild fire damage. We called HQ in May 2013 and asked for our money back but instead a promise was made that the gym will re-open in weeks and not months. Well... It is July 2013 now and there aren't even Gym equipment inside the building. It is EMPTY. Meanwhile we are GYMLESS. We get told to drive to another branch quite a few kilometers away. We are Retited Pensioners and do not have the facility and means to drive to another branch. We live 2 blocks away from Cobble Walk which was our reason for joining the gym.
We are extremely dissapointed in PLANET FITNESS's services and unprofessional way of dealing with the problem and not keeping the members updated or ap[pologising. They just keep quiet and keep a low profile.
