Sick of explaining my story

In nov last year i lost my vitality mambership. i took out a contract for myself and my son, i started payng R625 pm (which is allot more than all my friends) and my son was debited R 937.50. i spent months explaining and begging and getting frustrated i eventually had to stop the debit order so his account went into "arrears" yet they owed me money. so i told them to take the months that i was debited R937.50 less the fees he was supposed to pay R625 (also high for a student) settle the arrears of one month and credit the account. they cant seem to get this right and my son (who is a pro athlete) spends most his training session trying to get into the club. now the latest is they blamng vitality. yet when i stopped the debit order they stopped access so how can vitality be deducting this? i want to pay the correct fees and i want m sons account credited. i am also an instructor and my information was deleted off the system now i am paying full fees and cant reach as every time i do i dont get paid. in 2008 i the sunninghill club owed me over R3000 for classes and that just "dissapeared" one cannot follow up in these things all day and everyday. sort your admin out please
