I have been a member of virgin for a few months and really love it, one thing concerns me though. In most of the Pretoria branches and the Gateway branch the trainers/staff seem to "train" gym goers and not care about form, safety or customer care. In every club i have been in the trainers show little interest in their clients, rarely if ever correct bad/potentially injury inducing technique. Is this accepted and we should all just watch as people get injured weekly? Is there no form of checking up or management?
