I am on medical aid with discovery of which I also took the vitality option because I go to gym.
Someone on the inside took me off vitality... Which has now influenced my virgin active fees. Even with reporting this incident with my company's HR and personally, no one will take responsibility or fix the issue. They have now caused for me to be billed R625 instead of R206 at virgin. Because this error was on their side I expect it to be rectified and my billing resolved. I also expect them to investigate who is to blame for this as it is really not on.
