Joined Virgin on a contract in December 2013 with the sales person Geoffry's and club manager Ecca's understanding that we will convert the standard contract to a Discovery Vitality contract in January as soon as our Discovery vitality number was sorted out. All fees paid for January will the be returned pro-rata as soon as we join Vitality
Went into the club on 06/01/2014 paid the Discovery joining fee and got our new cards. Throughout the whole month of January we could not enter the club with the cards and needed to get in manually each time 'because admin has not written of the first contract etc. blah blah" After many promises by the club manager and sales person mentioned nothing happened.
Just went through my payments that went of on the 1st of February and seen that Virgin charged me the full contract rate and not the Vitality contract rate
Very disappointed and irritated with this lack of progress and understanding from the club and group
Advise all to stay away from Virgin and especially the Waterneyerpark clu
