This is the first time that I have been driven to such extremes as to write an article about bad service -
and it came as no surprise to me to notice that I was not the only person with complaints about BIOVEA.
It seems as there is a definite pattern here, so let me share my experience:
I had ordered a product from the website with a very attractive price tag, it almost seemed to good to be true- and unfortunately it was. My package was apparently dispatched on May 11th and (as they claim) it takes between 8-15 working days for delivery. More than 18 working days had passed with no delivery.
After correspondence (which takes between 24-48 hours) I finally got an email on June 5th saying that they will resend the package, blaming the SA Postal Service, which seems fair given the bad reputation. I asked whether it can be couriered, but they were dead set on using the unreliable SA Postal Service. They claimed to have resent on June 6th. On June 27th I had still not received the replacement package.
All patience had evaded me and I demanded a refund, which they affirmed.
I am STILL waiting for my refund.
