I went to that gym to take over the membership since im paying and my brother is using it, i wasbtold i cant because its new management who changed the rules without letting us the client know and you cant freeze your own account unless the manager approve it and worse you have to give a reason for freezing, when you go to virin active and sports&fitness club u can freeze the account without any questions asked, these people are making up their own rulres to benefit themselves they dont give a about the client.infact i dont even want the contract anymore, their debit orders are late, they never debit on the agreed date... i'm at their service in total.
