My contract with you guys ended in December 2013. You promised to planet fitness would freeze my membership if I had financial difficulty. I was unemployed and I couldn't't pay for my membership then. I went into the branch to report that I was unemployed and I was told as long as I don't come in to the gym to workout I'm fine. I will go see our branch again and request a copy of my contract. It's s ad to see that your own employees can give a client the wrong information. So I'm in a mess because someone didn't bother to give me the correct information. Please make sure your staff is trained before giving out information to client because they are too lazy to investigate a case. I am highly disappointed that you deal with your clients like this. No one phoned me to ask why I don't come to gym anymore.
