Hi,
I was in areas for a neotel modem that i eventually paid on the 25th of May 2013. My account was handed over to MacRoberts. After i did the payment, i liaised with MacRoberts and sent them a proof of payment. The proof of payment did not go through for weeks - then eventually it went through.
They have been promising me that the money will be allocated to Neotel as i am in real need of a up to date letter - i am still awaiting for their response! Karen was promising me that the payment will go through from last week - she said to me it will be allocated by Tuesday this week which has already passed and i still do not have any response what so ever.
I need assistance, please help.
