I have been a member of virgin active for two years and went to the branch at the end of may to cancel my contract. I was assured that no further debit orders will be deducted after the end of may, yet at the end of June they deducted R547 from my account. I tried to contact the call centre but was on hold for 5min with no one tending to my call. I want my money back and my contract cancelled.
