I have joined the gym in january. this month i was told at my work place that my job has become redundant and month end I will no longer be employed. i have called and spoke to Jolie from Rondebosch to try and cancell and she told me that im bound to a contract and have to pay a cancelation fee. I told her I will not be able to pay this cancellation fee as im going to be unemployed and she said the is nothing that Zone fitness can do. Her lack of empathy and disrespect to Zone Fitness client s has left me very dissapointed. i would like someone with higher authority to caontact me. Yes i agreed to the terms and conditions but no one planned the future of job losses and that should be considered. Thank you
